non-received payment policy

In the event that a credit card is declined or a check is bounced, we ask that you immediately pay the salon with another form of payment. If a check is bounced the guest is responsible for paying the bank fee, along with their current balance.  If payment is not received, Evolve reserves the right to decline any future visits or may ask for pre-payment before the service is performed.

If you are unhappy with a service you received, we would like the opportunity to satisfy your expectations. In order to receive a complimentary re-do service, please contact us and schedule an appointment within 14 days of your original appointment with the same service provider. We however do not give refunds.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. All sales are final on gift card purchases.

dissatisfied service policy

We ask for the courtesy of a 24 hour advanced notice to cancel an appointment. We have the right to ask for a credit or gift card to reserve an appointment, and charge 75% of a service if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
