​When Bridget first found this industry it was love at first sight. She finally found a sense of belonging amongst other artist and eccentric individuals; It was as if she found her home. Her favorite part about being a stylist is helping others see their own beauty! She welcomes all of her guests like family & and a majority of them have been with her since day one. She started her career 20 years ago and her main focus has always been keeping the integrity of the hair and teaching her clients how to recreate their looks at home. She loves shaping each haircut to match the clients vision, specializes in brunettes, and loves the challenge when a client asks for an extreme makeover- resulting in a whole new vibe. Which in turn, has her gravitating towards Color Control Shampoo & Conditioner, to keep each color lasting longer and maintaining a healthy finish. When she is not behind the chair she is with her husband and children, having dance parties, cooking up something fresh, and rocking on her front porch!

Ashley brings the positive energy to work with her every day. She has been in the styling industry for 18 years and has been the owner of Evolve for 10 years. Since the start of Evolve, Ashley had a vision of the team and atmosphere she desired to build. She wanted a team that shared a common drive and passion for making people feel their best. Behind the chair, Ashley loves connecting with her clients. Whether it’s freshening up your current look or stepping out of your comfort zone with a brand new style, she aims to always give people that extra boost of confidence. Ashley takes great pleasure in working with Aveda products because they provide a healthy way to enhance beauty through being plant based, and achieve high quality results while benefiting the environment. Outside of work you can find Ashley spending time with her family, gardening, hiking or enjoying nature. She is hardworking, caring, and the best mom!​

Jessica loves that her clients leave her chair feeling like they’ve spent time with a good friend. She has an infectious and charismatic personality that will make you feel like you’re instant BFFs. She specializes in foiled highlights and razored cutting. Jess believes that your time in her chair is a collaboration between the both of you and loves to accomplish your custom color together. If you are looking for a bold change, she’s your girl! She’s very honest in telling you if your hair can handle a complete transformation or how long it will take to get there. She loves to laugh and have fun while you’re in her chair, but if you need a shoulder to cry on or vent, she will be there for you! Jessica is strong, ambitious, and never gives up. Caitlynn was always the go-to girl when her friends needed their hair styled for school dances or weddings. So, it was a no-brainer when she decided to become a hair stylist 13 years ago. Ever since she can remember she loved playing with hair, whether it was her dolls or friends. Caitlynn loves this career because there are always new techniques and endless education on the latest trends! Her greatest strengths include foiled highlights and mens cuts, she lives for a natural sun-kissed blonde and a fresh fade. When Caitlynn isn’t at the salon she enjoys adopting new plants and gardening.
